UltraOptix Inc. Limited Warranty
These products are warrantied to be free of all defects in workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. Damage due to abuse, misuse, normal wear, industrial use or neglect is not covered. Defective products will be repaired, replaced or substituted with the same product or one of equal value. Must contact us for a return authorization number. Un-authorized returns will be rejected. Proof of purchase required.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it up to one year from the date of purchase. Proof of purchase is required.
ALL RETURNS MUST BE APPROVED FIRST, BY CONTACTING US VIA EMAIL OR CALLING 203-468-6090 DURING REGULAR BUSINESS HOURS (Monday - Friday 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM. EASTERN). Our Customer Service team will provide you with a Return Authorization number that must be written on the outside of the package. Orders returned without a Return Authorization are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
There will be a $12.00 name/address correction charge if an inaccurate/incomplete name or address is given.
Please make sure that you provide us with the complete/ correct name and shipping address for your package. If you provide us with an inaccurate address or name and you do not receive your package we cannot be held liable for the loss. If a package is returned to us because of an inaccurate address or name provided by you, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you and correct the error. If you choose to have the package sent again you will be billed the appropriate shipping charge. If you choose to cancel the order you will be charged a 10% restocking fee and your shipping charges will not be refunded.
